How exactly do I ‘comment’ to buy something?

This is what a sale post will look like in your newsfeed. We include the price, available sizes (if applicable), and optional add-ons like monograms and appliques.

All you have to do is comment under the post with your email address and then any applicable order details - like requested size and monogram/name. If you would like an applique or accessory as an add-on, then indicate that as well.

 
Please note!
  • Carefully read our sales post and include all important details for us to create your item just as you wish!
  • Changes requested after the post is complete cannot be guaranteed.
  • Items are only available while the item is active on our wall — so make sure you comment under the post.
  • Personalization details are eXaCTly aS You wIsh THEM to aPpEar.
  • Orders are processed exactly as you indicate including 3 letter initials.

how do i know if i won — and how do i pay?

Quantities are limited — so not everyone who comments will 'win' the item! We sell items on a first-come, first-serve basis — so comment fast!

We typically notify the 'winners' within 2 hours of a sale. We will send you an email invoice from PayPal. You can follow the link in the email to checkout through PayPal using either your PayPal account or any major credit card.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTERS – the invoice emails sometimes get marked as junk. Make sure you don’t miss your chance to pay for your item!

Please note!
  • All invoices must be paid WITHIN 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) or the invoice will expire and you will be marked as a non-payer.
  • Invoices cannot be reissued and due dates cannot be extended.
  • If you accidentally miss payment on an invoice for an item you really wanted, then we invite you to keep watching our wall for the item to be posted again!
  • We are very sorry to say that we cannot reprocess your order after the invoice expires.

how do i purchase mulitple items?

If you want to purchase multiples of one of our items, please make sure
you clearly note those details. For example, write in your comment:

  • “Qty 2 of Monogram AGH”
  • “Qty 1 of Size 2 monogram ETK and Qty 1 of Size 4 monogram AWS”
Please note!
  • Please indicate if you only want to purchase if you can receive your ENTIRE REQUEST in case one of the sizes sells out faster than the other or we are otherwise only able to allocate you one item.

what is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns for NON-MONOGRAMMED, unused items within 30 days of your ship date. Please note that a re-stocking fee of $3 will be deducted from your return, and shipping your return back to us will be at your expense.

Monogrammed items may not be returned.

what is your shipping charge and how long does it take?

We charge a flat fee of $3 per item for shipping unless otherwise noted.

All items not eligible for the flat fee will be clearly marked in the sale post
and on your final invoice.

Items are shipped 2-to-4 weeks from the time you PAY.
We strive to ship out as quickly as possible. Please try not to ask shipping questions within that time frame... and remember 2-to-4 weeks.
Custom-made and personalized items may take the full 4 weeks to produce and ship.

Please note!
  • If you have multiple orders you might receive one item before another.
  • Each order ships separately and shipping is via USPS.
  • You will receive email notification when each item ships.
